In the earlier years of 1900's (circa1917), great grandmaster Law Sai Wing with the help of his students wrote and published 3 books on Hung Gar. Lam Sai Wing was the first person in the history of hung gar to publish books which was available to the general public.
Since the publication of these 3 books, there has been quiet a large number of other books published about Hung Gar in many different languages. Some of these books are still available and some sadly out of print or hard to find.

| Great grandmaster Lam Sai Wing was the most famous disciple of the legendary Hung Gar master and hero Wong Fei Hung. He wrote 3 books on Hung Gar forms which are widely considered as treasures of Hung Gar. All three books are only in Chinese, and as far as I know they have never been translated into English or any other language for commercial purposes. These books are available in many stores in Hong Kong, in the west however they are not easy to find simply because they are only published in Chinese Language.
