This web site is dedicated to Lam Cho sigung and his son, my master Lam Chun Sing sifu. I am forever greatful to them for accepting me into their gung fu family and openly teaching me their family art of Hung Kuen.

The purpose of this web site is to promote and preserve the traditional art of Hung Gar and create an online community of Hung Gar practitioners, teachers and interested individuals from all corners of the world as well as to provide the visitors of this web site with extensive information and rich resources on Hung Gar Gung Fu.

Hung Kuen Net is a "non-profit", "non-commercial" web site and welcomes anyone and everyone interested in Hung Gar Kuen or Chinese gung fu in general. Please note this site has no interest in gung fu politics, but the perseverance, research and advancement of this great art which has been closely guarded and passed down from master to student for centuries.

This web site is created, developed and maintained by one person. This being the case sometimes it is difficult to answer all emails and inquiries promptly.
